Together we practice the art of inner stillness, while learning to release anxiety, fear and patterned conditioning.

So many people are filled with anxiety and a feeling that something is ‘missing’. As a society we have been conditioned to chase after that external ‘something’ to fill the void. We seek to fill or complete ourselves - enrolling in courses, trying different modalities of spirituality, accumulating more 'stuff'. Outwardly seeking. At the same time, the media continues to feed us discontentment and fear on a daily basis.

CONTINUING Class Tuesdays 10:30 -11:30 am DIANA BEACH, INSTRUCTOR Instruction and practice of various meditation techniques, unguided meditation periods, mantras, mudras, specialized breath work, energy work, forgiveness & healing, chakra clearing, insight meditations, discussion, heart based practice.
There will be a NOVICE Class offered on Thursday nights 6:45-7:30 pm if there are 6 registered members.

8 Weeks for $80.00
4 Weeks for $50.00
Drop-in $15.00 * Please call ahead to ensure available space.

PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS
Meditation sessions can be booked on or off site for community organizations and businesses. Sessions are offered as a 'one time' workshop, or in a series of your choosing. This is a creative and transforming time for front line coworkers, management, or combined staff. We are happy customize our Meditation offerings to meet your needs. Contact us for more information.
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
If you wish to receive one to one training in meditation basics, or focused sessions to gain meditation tools to encourage the release of fear and anxiety, or if you wish to improve upon your current practice, individual sessions are available upon request. Contact us for more information.

Diana has been practicing & studying meditation for over 20 years, her meditation practice centered in compassion & love, which sits at the core of every technique she teaches. Diana integrates training in Mindfulness Meditation, Heart based Meditation, Zen Meditation, Vipassana Meditation, Insight Meditation, Shambhala Meditation, Transformative Meditation, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, & Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Diana has also received training and certifications in Meditation Traditions, Mudras, Mantras & Chanting, Reiki, Radiant Touch Healing, Intuitive Energy Healing & Buddhism. Some of her beloved teachers are Dr. Brenda Shoshanna, Gayle Clayton, Pema Chödrön, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer & Bruce Lipton.
